With 8 years of 50% annual compound growth in computing power and decades of data, Ford now does in days what use to take 8 months and millions of dollars.

Insurance companies and agencies also have decades of data but have yet to leverate that into forward looking products, services and markets.

What dollar and time investments are needed to take us to the next level with our customers and prospects?

Ford looks at data as a strategic advantage. I think carriers primarily focus on using data for better underwriting results. Until they put as much emphasis on customer satisfaction and loyalty, I think they are missing a great opportunity.
Ford is a terrific story because they did not take any "bail out" money during the governments interference in the auto industry struggles. I definitely hope they continue to do well. They are pioneers in data modeling and customer loyalty.
Your video is terrific! You are so right if you have the data, review it and use it. If a customer has been with you for 20+ years can you identify those customers? Is there someway that you can use, the years that the customer has been with you to benefit from?
