In Memorium: Ken was a 30+ year veteran of the P&C Industry who has experienced the industry from multiple perspectives. He held roles with carriers in both the claims - as adjuster, supervisor and claims manager - and systems in application development. He worked for both start-up and larger carriers, specializing in Liability and Workers Compensation claims handling. He worked for multiple vendors in sales and marketing positions, as well. He was our first "Luminary", and he left us too soon.
