Why are you not offering video customer service?

Very cost effective video chat solutions are available for agents, carriers and service providers to bring remote personal service to clients and prospects. I pay about $100 annually for unlimited access for personal or group video service via PC's, Apple and Android devices. Banks are an example of leveraging this technology, but you don't need a safe full of cash to deploy.

Lots of care is required for staffing. It is a lot like staffing a live operator for phone customer service - you need software that can bank requests and route them to the next available person.
Seems like a great solution for high-touch service opportunities.
